Why will you love this recipe!

  • Fast and easy: If you plan to make regular pancakes, they really don’t take much more time!
  • Simply adjust: It is easy to make these fluffy pancakes gluten -free, milk -free and vegan. You can also have a lot of fun with different coverings.
  • Make in front: It immediately enjoyed it, but these Mini pancakes can also be made at the front and warmed up again.

Ingredients

  • Flour: You can make these pancakes with all -purpose flour or 1: 1 gluten -free flour.
  • Baking powder and salt: So that the pancakes rise and become beautiful and fluffy when they cook. Slow salt to compensate for the sweet taste.
  • Milk & vanilla extract: You can use dairy products or herbal milk for this recipe.
  • Agavens syrup: I use agave syrup to sweeten the pancakes naturally. You can use maple syrup, honey or granulated sugar.
  • Coconut oil: I use coconut oil to cook the pancakes.

How to make pancakes -müsli

  • Whisk the flour and baking powder in a medium -sized bowl.
  • Slowly pour the milk into it as you constantly mix the dough until it is smooth. Stir in the agave syrup and mix until you are well combined.
  • Transfer the dough into a squeeze bottle or a pipe bag.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Press a small amount of the dough into the hot pan and form mini pancakes of your desired size. As soon as you start seeing bubbles at the top, turn the pancake -muesli and cook on the other side.
  • Transferred the cooker cake into shells. Top with their favorite tops (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, chocolate chips and a splash agave syrup).

Can you do it in advance?

Pancakes are served deliciously immediately, and if you make a large batch, you can be kept warm in the oven on low heat while cooking the rest. Cooked mini pancakes can be stored in an airtight bag or an airtight container and kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.

The easiest way to heat them is to put them on a lined baking sheet and enforce them in the oven at 360f.

Can you do it without a crush bottle?

A Squeeze bottle is the easiest way to work out these tiny pancakes. You can also use a glaze bag or a pressure lock bag that cuts off. With this recipe you can of course create regular pancakes in regular size if you prefer it. I also saw people who also used a spoon.

How do you serve pancakes -müsli?

I serve these pancakes in a bowl and are rotated with some fresh berries, banana slices and a small agave syrup or a splash of maple syrup. I saw TikToker who enjoyed how muesli enjoyed, with milk over the top or with whipped cream, chocolate pieces and sprinkles. You can even add Nutella or a ball of ice cream. There are no rules when it comes to enjoying Pancake -Müsli!
