In today’s article I will introduce you to the idea of implementing a NO breakfast regime into your lifestyle, and if this approach is actually better for your health.
For many years as the owner of a chain of gyms and fitness teachers, I preached the message that they have to eat “breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a timpani”. Hands high I understood that this is wrong. I have learned that there are many advantages of a breakfast regime. In fact, skipping breakfast is an advantage for both your health and for your weight.
Regardless of whether we are talking about starting the day with bacon, sausages, eggs, fried potatoes, tomatoes, mushrooms and toast or porridge.
We were conditioned to eat breakfast, whether we are hungry or not. Too often we load a difficult breakfast with sausage, bacon, eggs, baking beans, tomatoes, brown, toast and butter. Even the continental breakfast is loaded with sugar in the sugared donuts and pastries.
Instead of being able to refuel with or without healthy decisions at the beginning of the day, let your body be free to burn saved fat for energy and not to follow a breakfast regime.
Let me explain.
The body was alone all night. It has no energy. Why should a person get up after the inactivity of sleep and put a big breakfast in their stomach?
After all the influence of a large breakfast, most people are driven by precious energy that are charged by the sleep of the night. They feel accelerated, filled and sluggish before the day even started.
People were told: “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It gives them the strength, energy and vitality, either physically or mentally a hard morning.” This is absolutely wrong! It is not a real scientific fact.
It takes hours for your breakfast to be worked on by the digestive system before you can win energy or vitality through a large breakfast. Digestion is an extremely complicated process. Each piece of food in breakfast must be divided into fine nutrient fragments so that the body cells are fed.
If you miss breakfast, take your body additional time to mastize, digest, assimilate and remove food that is already in your system in your system instead of burdening your body within a short time after waking up.

You quickly in your sleep. Fasting puts the body into a state in which he can draw his attention to literally rinsing the manure in your body. If our body has a longer fasting period, your revised and overloaded internal organs have enough peace and time for rehabilitation and enables you to make yourself 100% efficient, to heal yourself, to rinse the toxic poisons and the reserved waste that could not be reduced and removed in the feeding states.

But it is possible to feel a little hungry, low energy and other symptoms. It is getting easier over time.
True hunger is generally experienced in the body and in the brain, not in the stomach. When you get hungry, ask yourself:
Am I thirsty?
If you think “yes”, drink water and you should feel good in a few minutes.
The improvement in my own case was instantly and so pronounced that I now recommend everyone to try an intermittent fast and not to implement a breakfast regime.
Don’t worry about having no “energy” because you didn’t eat in the morning. Any initial feelings of fatigue that you experience while starting will disappear after a few days and is just a small hurdle that you have to overcome. Often many of us are not hungry when we wake up, but we are used to breakfast because we should “”.
A little hungry can really do more for an average sick than for the best medicines and the best doctors. I don’t mean a limited diet: I my total abstinence of food.
